I am a sucker for fruit! And for me, grilled fruit is something that really puts the icing on top of the cake. I mean look at these peaches all drizzled in honey & cinnamon with a little caramelization from the grill. Soft, tender & sweet! You could eat these peaches plain, but the vanilla bean ice cream on the side is my favorite way to eat this simple summer dessert. I know there are some "warm fruit" haters out there, but I don't understand their dislike. Maybe you haters should give these a try; they might change your mind! And for all you grilled fruit lovers: ENJOY!
