Raspberry Pineapple "Crush"

This smoothie is so creamy & dreamy!  I am definitely "crushing" on it!  When I first made it, I was thinking I wanted more of a julius type drink (thin & creamy), but I like the thick creamy smoothie texture using less water.  So it's up to you how thick, or thin you want your crush to be, as for me, I like mine thick!

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple in juices (or puree a 20oz can of pineapple tidbits with juices, & use 1 cup of puree [about half the can])

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup non-fat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, start with less sugar & water & add more to desired taste & texture.  Puree until smooth.  Enjoy with a pineapple tidbit & raspberry garnish.
